Home/Services/Print & Packaging/Trade Show Signage
Trade shows are loud, busy and full of people trying to get noticed. If your signage isn’t doing the heavy lifting from across the aisle, you’re just part of the background noise. We design, print and ship everything your booth needs, so you show up looking sharp and ready to close.
The Booth BarkerBronze. Pointing people to booth #1207 since 1790.
Whether it’s a 10×10 or a full custom island, every piece comes from one design system.
Your booth needs to look sharp, feel intentional and say what you do in about the time it takes to dig a stick of gum out of your pocket and pop it in your mouth.
We approach trade show design the way we approach any branding challenge: with clarity, structure and just the right amount of personality. That covers backdrops, banners, podium wraps, tabletop displays, standing signage and print collateral, all built to make sense together and stand out without screaming.
Every booth starts with one question: what do people need to understand from across the aisle? We put that answer up high, where tables and crowds can’t hide it, and save the details for eye level and the handouts.
Whether you have a 10×10 inline booth or a full custom setup, we’ll make sure your presence looks organized, on-brand and completely dialed in. And if your logo files are missing, your messaging is fuzzy or your last designer ghosted you, we can help you clean that up too.
We’ve spent twenty years building relationships with printers and exhibit builders we trust. We handle proofs, file prep, vendor coordination and shipping, so what arrives at the convention center matches what you approved, and arrives on time.
Done right, great signage becomes an extension of your brand. It reinforces who you are, signals credibility and gives your team the confidence to show up and represent. You’re going to look good and feel good, and because you’re in the zone, you’re going to close the deals you came to close.
Let’s make your next show the one they remember.
Tell us the date, the booth size and the panic level. We’ll tell you what’s possible.
Tension-fabric walls with the side returns printed too, so the booth still looks finished when people walk up at an angle. (They always walk up at an angle.)
The hardest-working three square feet at any show. Same stand, wildly different personalities, because your banner should look like you, not like the booth next door.
Every price is for the finished booth, and every booth includes revisions until you love it.

Walls, banners, counters and handouts designed together, with renderings so you see it before it’s real.
Proofs, file prep and vendor wrangling. It shows up on time and looks exactly like what you approved.
You look good, you feel good, and you spend your time closing deals instead of fixing banners.
Yes. We design, print and ship all the signage and materials for your booth, and we coordinate with your exhibit house or the show’s warehouse so everything arrives where it needs to be.
Absolutely. A small booth with one clear message beats a big booth that says nothing. We’ll make every square foot count.
We hear this a lot. We can rebuild your logo files, tighten your messaging and, if you need it, give you a full brandscape so the booth isn’t the only thing that looks good.
As early as you can. Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most booths; custom builds need more. Rush jobs are possible, but printers charge for panic.
Book a free consultation. Bring the big idea, the messy brief or the “would it be crazy if…”. We’ll bring the questions, and probably a few good answers.
